shows ads after removal

I have bought ad removal from within the app, but app still shows ads.

Please fix/help.

This is uncommon problem, but if so happened, please re-install the app from Google Play to update ads removal status. Your recordings will be kept. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have yet to receive any replies from the smartmob personal, i am getting worried will my problem be ever solved... but i have already pay inapp for this ad removal... i hope for quick resolution ...

Does the app removeal require constant login of google account to function?

cos i have tried to reinstall and when i logout of the google account i get the ad on my screen.

The last version doesnt seem to have that problem!!

this only occur after i did the upgrade!

SHOWS ADS AFTER PAID FOR FULL VERSION. Fix or refund!

Issue still persists after re-install. If I click buy full version option, it informs that the application has been purchased and I have to close the application and lunch it again. And, in this case, ads are disappeared. This solution works only in the WIFI but not in mobile data. Clicking the buy full version repeatedly (that is, 2 times) crashes the application. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Dear Andrey

Its been a month since this problem arose, we have yet to receive a solution as of yet, i would recommend that you role back the release and provide the older version of the voice recorder to the users before you proceed to create the fix for the next release.

I can understand the problem is managing software release, but it is very unprofessional in dealing with customers without offering roll backs or a quick solutions, after all smart lab is a small software house, any negative response on the website or google play could have a much bigger impact on future sales.

Please provide a mitigatory solution to the customers ASAP, thank you for your attention.

New nexus (old one had same issue) installed at and got ads too... Can't get rid of them!

Having same issue, I have reinstalled twice now which works for about an hour then the ads come back

Actually this is a very common problem with many new Android Apps. The in app payments system is not designed for the use you are using it for (free vs Pro no ads.) It is good for purchase of in app trinkets (ie game tokens etc) but not switch to remove Google ads etc.

This is why you see Lite (free versions) and Pro versions (no ads) on Google Play. I have worked though this issue with at least four other App developers and they all had to go with two versions on Google Play Store to resolve issue.

Now I've tried to de-install and re-install; ads now have gone away; now I'm waiting to see if they come back after some time as Karen Erde said.
